Middleton Reutlinger’s Intellectual Property Practice Group is continuing to grow, and we are looking for attorneys with patent prosecution experience. The ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science or electrical engineering. We are looking for attorneys who have the ability to not only understand complex subject matter, but also to be capable of effectively communicating the merits of the technology in a manner that best serves the client’s needs.


Job Description

Associate with 1-3 years experience for our Commercial Litigation Practice Group. We are looking for an attorney that understands the client’s business and achieves the best result consistent with those client needs in the most efficient manner. The candidate must have excellent research and writing skills and a desire to seize the initiative and assume responsibility over matters and tasks. 

Required experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and development and a comprehensive salary/benefits package for candidates motivated to achieve excellence in this area of law.
  • Candidates must have a license to practice law in Kentucky.

Job Type: Full-time

Base salary will be commensurate with relevant experience. Associates also participate in the firm’s earned bonus program.
