Louisville, KY (January 24, 2017)— Middleton Reutlinger has recently been named one of the 2017 Best Places to Work in Kentucky in the small-sized employer category (those employing 15-149 U.S. employees). The announcement comes from the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and presented by Kentucky Career Center and the State Information Data Exchange System (UI SIDES).
“The culture at Middleton is excellent” said Hank Alford, Managing Director of Middleton Reutlinger. “We strive every day to make sure our team members are satisfied with their working environment, are appropriately challenged to grow professionally and understand that they are truly valued. In turn, they enthusiastically provide the very finest service to our valued clients. Being named one of the Best Places to Work two years in a row is humbling validation of what we already know – Middleton is a phenomenal place to work.”
The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, was based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.
The competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure, and move their workplace environments toward excellence. Numerous studies show a strong correlation between profitability and creating a good place to work.
The winner rankings will be announced at an awards dinner Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at Heritage Hall in the Lexington Convention Center. Winners from across the state have been selected in three categories: small companies of 15-149 employees, medium companies of 150-499 employees and large companies consisting of more than 500 employees (categories based on number of U.S. employees, only Kentucky employees surveyed).
