Overview

Austin Gray is an attorney in the firm’s litigation practice group. He graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2015, earning membership in the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barons for his academic achievements.

Prior to joining Middleton Reutlinger, Austin worked as an associate at a regional law firm in Houston, Texas. He has experience in a wide range of litigation matters, including employment law, real property law, and contract and partnership disputes.

Obtained injunctive relief for multiple clients against former employees for theft of trade secrets and breach of non-compete clauses in employment agreements.

Prevailed on summary judgment for defendant in a fraud and breach of contract case concerning the ownership and sale of real property.

Obtained an order dismissing claims under the False Claims Act against a public hospital in federal court.
